Licenciada en Administración de Empresas, con una Maestría en Contabilidad Tributaria y un Diplomado Internacional en Gestión Municipal y Desarrollo Local, Facilitadora del Instituto de Formación Técnico Profesional INFOTEP.
Fungió como Tesorera Municipal de Cabrera en 2 gestiones diferentes (períodos 2010-2016/2016-2020), servidora pública hasta la fecha.
Con valores, principios, fundamentos, metas, proyectos, misión y visión encaminados a cumplir con las funciones propias de la administración de nuestro centro de salud, Hospital Municipal Dr. Virgilio García de Cabrera, para el periodo 2020-2024.

DRA. HILDA LUZ ROSARIO VENTURA Viene de una familia humilde del paraje de Loma Alta de esta ciudad de Cabrera.
Nació el 3 de enero de 1983, con tan solo 4 años de edad tenía claro que cuando fuera grande quería ser doctora en medicina, se dedicó a sus estudios al 100%. A la edad de 17 años emigró a Santo Domingo con la finalidad de estudiar medicina. Luego de varios años de estudios en la universidad obtuvo el título de Dr. En Medicina, en la UASD el año 2008. Mas tarde en el periodo 2010-2014 realizó su especialidad de Anestesiología en el Hospital Dr. Luis E. Aybar, ciudad sanitaria Santo Domingo. Desde el mes de julio 2014 hasta la fecha ha laborado como Medico Anestesiólogo del Hospital Municipal Dr. Virgilio García de Cabrera. Fue elegida por las autoridades como Directora de nuestro hospital y nombrada como tal el 1ro de Octubre del año 2020.
Siempre dispuesta a trabajar en equipo para servir a nuestra comunidad, con humildad, compromiso, responsabilidad, y así continuar ofreciendo servicios eficientes y de calidad nuestros usurarios.
Historia Del Hospital Municipal Dr. Virgilio García
El Edificio data de los años 1954, construido por el Expresidente de la Republica Rafael Leónidas Trujillo, con los fines de ser la Casa del Partido Dominicano, este tiene el diseño arquitectónico de todas las edificaciones que construía Trujillo para esos fines, como una forma de marcar su territorio en el plano original este tiene forma de una “T” alusivo a su Apellido ¨Trujillo¨.
Luego de ser utilizado como casa de Partido, fue por un tiempo abandonado y es así como de forma invasiva se introducen para que este se convierta en la Escuela Primaria Arístides Fiallo Cabral, donde muchos munícipes recibieron educación.
Al pasar el tiempo entonces se convierte en lo que es hoy, Hospital Municipal, iniciando como maternidad, el cual se designó con el nombre de Dr. Virgilio García, por ser este, según cuenta la historia, al primer médico que llego al Municipio.
